Background of 9Cat

9Cat NFTs are based on 9Cat, the primary character of the 9Metaverse. 9Cat is an interdimensional travelling cat with a brain the size of a pea equipped with mysterious alien equipment who holds the fate of the entire 9Metaverse in its mittens. The 9Cat series is a set of nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine 9Cat character NFTs with each NFT granting the holder the ability to earn 9Photon tokens in the 9Cat Saga game and associated 9Milk benefits. 9Photon tokens grant the player access to a wide range of items, unlocks and perks that will aid 9Cat throughout its adventures.

9Cat NFTs can be obtained by minting from our official website or purchasing from any secondary market such as OpenSea.

Traits

As an interdimensional character, each 9Cat comes from a unique point in space and time which differs from all the other 9Cats. A total of 12 properties make up each unique 9Cat NFT and its associated class (Strength, Tech, Occult). Not all categories will be filled and some traits are exceptionally rare. Rarity

The rarity of your 9Cat NFT can be determined by checking the 9Cat Rarity Sniper page and keying in the ID of your 9Cat. The rarity presented will be an approximation based on the traits shown up in the currently minted set. When all the 9Cat NFTs are minted, the rarity presented will be exact.

There are 5 types of rarity.

• Common

• Rare

• Epic

• Mythic

• Godlike (Unable to appear in other generations)

Utility

Each 9Cat NFT will grant its holder paid access to the play to earn blockchain game 9Cat Saga. Paid access grants players the ability to earn 9Photon tokens, the in-game currency. In addition, holders will be automatically whitelisted for future 9Metaverse NFT collections. 9Cat NFTs also generate a utility token known as 9Milk. 9Milk tokens can be used to customise the name of your 9Cat, imprint a backstory on the blockchain, and breed new 9Cats into existence. New utilities for the 9Milk token will be implemented over time, so keep up to date with our announcements.

Each 9Cat will generate nine 9Milk tokens per day. A list of the 9Milk functions and their associated costs can be found below:

• Imprint Bio → 99 9Milk Tokens

• Breed 9Cat → 540 9Milk Tokens

  • Requires two 9Cats

  • Breeding process takes nine days
